DELIVERY INFORMATION



• The delivery fee is for one delivery regardless of how many pieces are in an order.

• The delivery fee is at the flat rate of 100 baht for a local shipment within Thailand.

• The delivery date in the notification E-mail is based only an approximation therefore we cannot guarantee that the order will arrive within those dates.

• Currently the products are packed into either a postal box or an envelope. There will be information of the order as well as your name on all the parcels sent from Standard Archives.com.

PURCHASING INFORMATION



• Once you had placed an order with Standard Archives, we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice.

• We reserve the right not to be responsible for an error of information which may leads to damage and loss within this website.

• We take responsible care to summarize your order information including the price, item description, specification and shipping fee in the basket page. Once you had decided to proceed to payment, it is deemed that you understand and accept your purchasing term, delivery term, the price and the quality of the product as well.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION



• To return the product, the buyer must contact Standard Archives customer service team to request of product return. Standard Archives customer service team will update on the result of the request on returning the product.

• The cost of returning the product is to be responsible by the buyer unless advised otherwise.

• The good is legible for returning when it is proven that the good is damaged by Standard Archives team or its manufacturers. Good damaged by normal wear and tear or negligence of the buyer are not eligible to be returned.

• The request to return the good based on following reasons will not be accepted. -The good has different colour compared to the photo on this website, -Choosing incorrect size, choosing incorrect size by following the guideline from Standard Archives’ Size Comparison system -Very slight product faulty Eg. loose end thread.

• Good purchased from Standard Archives are not eligible for exchange unless it is proven the good is damaged by Standard Archives team or its manufacturers. To exchange the good, the buyer must contact Standard Archives customer service team.

How to arrange your exchange or return (now)

• To arrange your exchange or return, you must contact our customer service team at 0649353345. Exchange and return are only granted if the problem with the product is caused by Standard Archives or its suppliers.

• Our customer service team will contact you shortly to inform of the result of your request for exchange or return.

• Once the exchange or return request is granted, you must re-pack the product back into its original container and send the package back to Standard Archives.com. Standard Archives will be responsible for the delivery fee for returning or exchanging the product.

• Once the package is sent back to Standard Archives, you must send the scanned photo of the document outlining the delivery fee to Standard Archives customer service team along with the information on the bank account where Standard Archives can return the delivery fee to. Standard Archives will transfer an amount for the delivery fee for the return or exchange as stated on the document.

• After receiving the package, Standard Archives will arrange the item for exchange and resend it to the address you used for your purchase without any further charge. The method of returning the payment for the product will be informed by our customer service team.
